Join our non-denominational group! We sing choral concerts with the First Church San Diego Chancel Choir. We perform two major concerts a year – early December and in the spring.
Come sing with us this fall! Rehearsals take place Tuesdays at 7:30 - 9 PM in the First Church San Diego Music Center, starting September 3. Additional rehearsals: 10/20, 12/1, 12/10, 12/11, and 12/12.
We'll perform a medley of Christmas carols in the First Church San Diego Sanctuary on Saturday, December 14:
Registration is by voice type:
No auditions needed! All vocal ranges are welcome.
Yes, singers should have an ability to read moderately difficult music.
Choir members pay a $100 fee per semester to join. The fee for the music is not included in the registration fee. Those 25 and younger are free except for the cost of the music. Members of the First Church Chancel Choir do not need to register.
Registration must be done online before the first rehearsal and payment should be made via credit card online or by check (payable to FUMCSD) at the first rehearsal.
MWC rehearses on Tuesdays, 7:30 - 9 PM in the Sutherland Family Music Center, located immediately to the west of our main sanctuary.
